Any individual website visitor is referred to in this policy as a “Visitor”. User” in this policy shall mean a person who is registered either on gdpknowhow.com or gdpglobal.com.
The personal information a User provides is being collected for legitimate business purposes. The Company takes all reasonable steps within its control to ensure all data is managed lawfully, fairly and transparently. This includes processing User registrations or enquiries, keeping Users informed about The Company’s training courses, events, products, services, newsletters, and for research and analysis (e.g. learner information and product analysis). This helps The Company to deliver our services. It also enables The Company to review, develop and improve the products and services it provides.

The Company takes precautions to protect User information. Access to all User information is held on The Company’s information filing systems. GDP Global data is kept in a secure cloud server environment.

About GDP Global Policy Documents
As an accredited training centre, GDP Global has policies and procedures in place to fulfil Approval and Regulatory requirements and to provide a route map for GDP staff members, associates and learners.
The policies reflect the internal practice(s) of GDP, the purpose of which is to ensure that the staff and associates of GDP are familiar with their content and the processes involved.
The policies, procedures and guidelines are updated regularly. As an accredited learner Centre, the policy documents of GDP are subject to an annual review by accreditation bodies. The purpose of the review is to ascertain whether the policies, procedures and internal procedures are up-to-date and aligned to changes that have been made throughout the year.
This Policy also applies to FDI Nexus, which is a trade mark of GDP Global Development Pty Ltd.
