    Training is provided via self-study online learning, ive or recorded instructor-led presentations and tutorials, and scheduled face-to-face sessions on request.


    What are minimum entry requirements that learner should meet?

    Learners must be employees or contractors of a client organisation, such as a government department, agency, institution, or private sector commercial interest.

    It is recommended that candidates possess prior relevant experience or an academic qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.



    What guidance and support is available for learners?

    Learners can receive support and guidance from the course presenter by interacting during live online training sessions and online tutorials; and/or from the course presenter in the classroom (face to face or virtual); from the course presenter via email or chat; from colleagues in the peer group learning activities.



    What assessments will a training participant submit in order to qualify?
    1. Diagnostic and summative multiple-choice assessments occur at the start and end of the programme, providing feedback without impacting the final qualification.

    2. Learners undergo ongoing formative assessments through group case studies and performance observations to monitor progress and receive guidance.

    3. The programme concludes with an individual three-week written assignment, which is objectively evaluated to assess the learner's standard.



    How will the training be monitored and reviewed?

    Learner involvement on the programme is monitored as follows:

    1. Attendance and participation are tracked through both face-to-face and online sessions, though time spent is not a sole decision criterion.

    2. Ongoing performance is evaluated through formative assessments and quizzes using multiple choice questions (MCQs), with regular feedback provided by trainers and the course director.

    3. Any concerns regarding a learner's progress or attendance are addressed initially through confidential discussions with the learner, escalating to their sponsor if necessary.



    Score attainment:

    On successful completion of the programme the following attainment levels will apply:

    Pass: 50% - 64%

    Merit: 65% - 74%
